Call to the First Ordinary General Assembly Meeting

Dear Members, in accordance with the decision of our Association's Board of Directors dated 06/08/2026 and numbered 2026/08, the First Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our Association will be held to discuss the agenda items listed below.

If the quorum required by the bylaws is not reached at the first meeting, the second meeting will be held without a quorum requirement (provided that attendance is not less than twice the total number of Board of Directors and Audit Board members) on the date and at the address below.

We kindly request the attendance of all our members.

Agenda Items

1. 01Opening and Roll Call.
2. 02Election of the Presiding Chairperson and the Presiding Board.
3. 03Reading of the Interim Board of Directors' Activity and Financial Reports.
4. 04Discharge (Acquittal) of the Board of Directors.
5. 05Election of the Chairperson of the Board of Directors, 5 Regular and 5 Substitute Members.
6. 06Election of the Chairperson of the Audit Board, 3 Regular and 3 Substitute Members.
7. 07Discussion and Approval of the Estimated Budget.
8. 08Deciding on other matters to be discussed at the First General Assembly and on the powers to be granted to the Board of Directors (such as purchasing real estate, opening representative offices, joint projects, etc.).
9. 09Wishes and Suggestions, Closing.
